Do's
These are the things you should be doing when engaging a contractor in RipRap work on your lake property.
Follow these steps:
- Do Ask for bad references
Everyone is going to give you the list of people who loves them, try asking them for the list of those who don't. Ask them why they had issues and what they did about it. You can't be perfect and 5% of people you will never satisfy, but the true test is if the contractor stood behind what they did and "made it right". - Get a Detailed List of Objectives
You will want to take the time to document and detail the objectives you want accomplished. The more detailed the list the better shape you will be in if all does not go according to plan. See an example here. - Event Title
